Alright so i noticed my exhaust got louder so i put my car in the air and looked at why and i noticed my exhaust was broken off the hanger so whoever had this car bottomed out and ripped the exhaust back causing the flex pipe to break.

Im prettty sure i need this.

Yea no problem i can get that, but the real question is how the hell do you get it out [mecry]. it looks like it goes up behind this plate that my a arms are attached to and so forth. im going to weld it and such and there appears to be no way to get a welder up there let alone take the part out! anyone got some pictures or some help on how to accomplish this ? ?

Rep points if you do ;)

If your flex pipe is original you are going to have a bracket that connects between the catalytic converter and flex pipe. That bracket is fastened to the engine block with two bolts just above the flex pipe. Once you remove those bolts you will need to remove the nuts and bolts from both ends of the flex pipe. After you remove those, you just maneuver the flex pipe around until it comes out. But if you are like mine, it's more than likely going to be rusted solid under there. So don't be afraid to cut the flex pipe as much as you want to get it out of there. All I know is that it was a bear to get mine out.

I also notice that you have two threads for this. I have merged these threads together. And please for future references make sure you are posting in the right sections for your needs. Also don't make duplicate threads for the same problem.
