They can be addapted quite easily. Make little slits in the curve and cut to length.

You should buy the skirts above and get a lip.

Tempted on the Hide-A-Plate. How hard would it be to get it to fit on a stock bumper with the SVT Lip? There aren't any solid brackets that hang low enough to get the mechanism to bolt to.

I'm sure you could use some washer or some smaller brackets that you can buy at home depot to make it work.
