SCMC/TCUSA on Track at Virginia International Raceway -- January 26-27, 2013 -- Danville, VA

This is the first "official" SCMC/TCUSA event for 2013. The event will be an HPDE with no car show or dyno, just plain ole wide open, full throttle, full course VIR for two days. Here is the information you will need for this event.

Where: Virginia International Raceway, Danville VA

When: January 26-27, 2013

Cost: $350.00 for two days or $225.00 for one day. If you preregister prior to January 12, 2013 you will receive a $40.00 discount for a two day purchase only!!

Discount: You must be a member of either SCMC, TCUSA, or Modular Boss Premium Member in order to participate in our on track events. To join one of these clubs, go to www.svtcobraclub.com if you own an SVT Mustang or the new Boss 302 --- or go to www.trackclubusa.com to join if you do not own an SVT Mustang or Boss 302. (Modular Boss premium members qualify, too, go to www.modularboss.com to join Modular Boss and select the premium option)

Registration Opens: December 10, 2013

Cancellation Policy: We have a special cancellation policy for this event and this event only. You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the event and get a full refund.

On-line payment available: No, only checks will be accepted. Your check will be mailed back to you or will be shredded if you decide to cancel going to the event.

Special Weather Insurance: If it is raining or snowing or if the temperature is below 48 degrees, this event will be cancelled and a full refund will be returned to the registrants. We will also shred the check if you agree to it.

Host Hotel: The Lodge at VIR or the Villas at VIR. We are asking ALL participants to lodge at the track.

Cost: $89.00 a night for the Lodge - Villa Price??

Event Update:

The bottom line on this event is that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain since you will get a full refund if you cancel up to 72 hours before the event. We have a weather clause so if it is bad weather, we will cancel the event, and you will get your check back. No checks will be endorsed prior to January 23, 2013. That means we will hold your check till we know that the weather is going to be good and only then will we deposit your fee. There will be no on line payment for this event since we do not want to pay processing fees and will be able to give you a full refund should the weather be bad.

You cannot use a credit for this event.

Buffet: Friday January 25 and Saturday January 26
Time: 6:00-8:00
Location: Pagoda Grill
Cost: 15.00 per person


Friday:

Meat Lasagna, Vegetable Lasagna, Penne Pasta, Spagetti Noodles, Alfredo Sauce, Meat Sauce, Corn on the Cob, Steamed Broccoli, Garlic Bread, Garden Salad, Assorted Desserts

Saturday:

Fried Chicken, Rib Bites, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Corn O’Brien, Garden Salad, Assorted Cookies, Peach Cobbler.
Full Bar each night.

I live like 20 minutes from VIR.

The little aera Milton has a pizza place called Aunt Millies....killer Pizza....A large loaded pizza weights around 7 pounds!!! See alot of drivers eat there.

We go to Millies every time we are up there. Love it.
