will these cams drop in without having to shave the head or anything? im assuming they will since the FR cams... very interested in buying if they'll drop in.

These should just drop right in, anything over .381 lift will need springs if I remember right. You will still need to check the bucket clearance just like any cam swap though to make sure they are within spec.

They will drop in without modification, valvesprings will be fine. I installed Comp 3's without modification to my zetec with 170,000 miles and ran them untuned for 10,000 miles with zero issues. I would do a timing belt, tensioner and idler pulleys when you install them. At the very least, I would buy a new tensioner.
