SE Appearance Package

I test drove two focuses both SE 5 doors. One had the Appearance package with 17 in wheels the other did not. The one with Appearance package handled much better.

Question is does the Titanium handle the same as the SE with the appearance package? (Don't want the optional 18's)

The standard titanium perhaps as both come with 17" wheels. The Titanium handling package involves differently tuned dampers as well as the wider stickier tires and 5 spoke wheels.

Is the tuned dampeners also included in the sports pack?

Older ones did theres stock slrings and shocks sport package and base ti is touring springs and shocks. Then sport package ti shocks and springs that used to be on the sport pakage se that got taken off

Thanks for responses, so I guess standard titanium and SE with appearance package will handle the same.

I was surprised at how much better the SE with the appearance package (17s) handled over the regular SE with the 16s.

I did not think tire size alone would make that much difference.
