What would you say makes more power the top ram air or the svt snorkle with the volant?

Really, if you getting outside temp ("cold") air with no restriction, that is all the HP you're going to gain, period. On the possible .5 hp difference the vollant is probably best at pulling "cold" air... SVT snorkel look prone to letting in hot air... Never used either, just my observation...
