Engine running very rough

Well, that just about settles it then. With the ecm seeing 19psi-when actually the pressure is over 80 at spike, all roads lead to the fuel pressure sensor. Tap on it while observing the fuel pressure reading....of coarse you'll need an extra set of hands for that one.

Keep in mind the fuel rail psi sensor could be bad telling the pump to add more psi , one tells the other what to do

I will check it. I think I may just buy the fuel rail sensor and see if it fixes it. I really dont know what else it could be If the one under the seat checks out. If the fuel pump had low pressure I could see it being the pump but with it being high I doubt it...I just think something is "telling" it to put out more pressure. Correct me if Im wrong cause I'd rather keep checking stuff instead of buying $120 sensor I cant return.

Junk yard or a local guy you could test swap them with ?

Bought the fuel rail sensor and pressure is back to normal and car runs good again. At least for now. I hope there is nothing else wrong that caused the sensor to go bad. Thanks for all the replys and help! Hopefully this thread will help others as well.
