Found these in my basement, used for one summer on my old 03 d23 I use to own years ago before I even knew this site existed. Some minor scratches but overall in good condition

How do they go on? If they have the 3M strips around then I imagine they won't re-stick without putting new 3M on.

I have these for my car. They slide on the bottom of the headlight and then clip on top of headlight (under the hood). The is a little clear Velcro like strip that is near the inner most corner of the headlights by the grill that is held on with 3M but I don't use it and they don't move at all.

I didn't effect my visual at if any. I thought it let out plenty of light output, but that was just my opinion other might think differently.
