I can relate. Grew up in Whitefish. Taught school for a year on the reservation on the east side of Glacier park, and we had school on a day 38 below (F) and 133 mph winds. Wind chill charts didn't go that cold, we calc'd about -200 F. wind chill. I've been to Edmonton in the dead of winter, and the heater in the car wouldn't keep the windows defrosted WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THERE!
