What size turbo, how much boost, and how much timing were you running with e85
On the stock motor I was running 25psi, 24 deg max timing, garret gr3076r. I made 478whp/508wtq dynojet and 441whp/491wtq mustang dyno. I left it as is with the built motor that is in there now because it has more than enough extra power with the cams and head work just from the butt dyno. I will dyno it when I get the cam gears in that I should have done in the first place.

Not bad.
I was 20whp off of yours on a mustang dyno with pump and meth(50/50 mix). Precision 4431 17psi with 35 degrees of timing.

That was still on stock stage 1 injectors. But I had a big meth nozzle. I was just seeing how far I could push the stock motor. Lol.
