How often do you drink your juices? How many ounces per juice?
It was mentioned that a multivitamin and B12 supplement was also included. What should I look for in a good multivitamin? How many do you take a day? Same question for B12. |

I'm doing between 24 to 30 oz's a day. Some days 40 oz's and 2 liters of water.
Haven't needed a multi-vitamin yet.....energy level has been insane..

Well weight hasn't moved much...maybe 5lb's
I can wear 1X shirts again & i had to go buy new jeans last night...was in a 48 waist...now in a 38 again after 20 years....
