european-parts.net= very lame experience
I ordered st170 headlights and a grill from the site on dec 25th. I did not receive the parts until nearly the end of january(after paying for 2-3 day shipping) I did not get a call or an e-mail letting me know that there was a delay. I received a different grill than the one I ordered. My grill had several scratches on it which are basically impossible to fix because it is a metal with plastic coating. My headlight kit did not have all of the neccesary bulbs. I have attempted to contact sascha and I get either no reply or it takes forever. I have now gotten nothing back for several days. What a horrible experience for 500 dollars.

Needs_A_ZX3 makes a good point. Though you did pay for 2-3 day delivery. Even if it came over on a boat (no way that happened) it should def. be there by now. That's kinda bogus. An MoFocus also makes a good point, check to see if the add actually said it comes with bulbs. Might not have...

yeah. I figured it would take a while, but 4 weeks is ridiculous. the shipping was advertised as a 2-3 day trip to N. America. The kit that I bought said that it came w/ bulbs, and did, just not all of the bulbs that I needed. So there I was half way through the install w/ no only half of the bulbs that I needed. I'm sure this could be isolated, but some sympathy from the guy would be nice, especially since he sent me the wrong parts, incomplete kits and damaged goods. I don't expect a company to be perfect, but at least understanding.

Hey at least it didn't take 6 months to get a replacement ST170 headlamp...4 weeks is nothing.

the wait I can deal with. Once I contacted him he said it had to do with him getting the parts in so that he could send them to me. I wish he would have sent me the e-mail first though. Then he did absolutely nothing about fixing the fact that he sent me the WRONG parts and DAMAGED parts. He will not return my e-mails.
