I plan on doing the strips between my grill. I Kinda like how it looks. But no 'eye lids' I think those look rediculous! IMO

Leave the bumper alone. Get rid of the chrome fog surrounds.

Kind of like doing the euro RS or ST170 conversions on stockish MK1 models, it will look nice, but it won't necessarily have the same punch as the original.

Given a damaged bumper cover would give more motivation for pulling off a swap, otherwise it is kind of pricey.

An original cover can be had for around $350-400 after factoring in the $75 core charge brand new from say Village Ford, if you kept or resold the old one you'd make more than $75 unless the old one was really destroyed. The conversion would run a bit more than that due to needing all the grilles for the front.

So am I at Mcdonalds and I'm debating whether or not to get cheese on my burger, or maybe put some cheese on it later?

Kind of like adding your own ketchup to fries after you leave, for that euro look.

An original cheese slice is like $.35-.40 after factoring in the $.1 disposal fee for the wrapper new from Village Kroger, if you kept and resold the old cheese, you'd likely only be out about $.10 unless the old one was really destroyed. The cheese conversion would run a bit more due to needing to scrape other condiments off the top bun.

Morning ya'll!

interesting changes to stock class for auto-x are coming!

new rules state:
no r-comp tires
wheel diameter can be +/- 1" but width must stay stock
street tires must be 140 treadwear or higher this year, over 200 after next year and then on.
double adjustable shocks are the max.
camber plates/adjustments are now stock legal.
front and rear sway bars can be changed out.
