Learn to cook. The more home prepared meals, with simple healthy fresh ingredients, the better. Olive oil, fish (not fish oil), etc. My fav - a tuna steak, wipe dry, smear a dab of olive oil on, sprinkle generously with sesame seeds or cracked pepper, sear 2 minutes on a side, serve with salad or veggies. Typically, you exceed your recommended daily dose of sodium with prepared foods. Also works with boneless, skinless chicken breast; finish in the oven until 160 in the center. Try buffalo/bison; naturally lean and really good.
