soooo I hate to say it but I'm getting bored of the focus build. I am seriously considering adding solid axles to the 5.0 setup to make it my offroad rig.

I wish they did too it would definitely help everyone out. Haha looking for the lid to the armrest or even the latch mech but it seems that's one of the first things to go..

Had a heater hose break on me the other day... The bottom heater core hose that connects to the thermostat housing. Apparently, ford discontinued the hose. Finally special ordered one from my work. Gonna be a pita to fix.

hey im looking into lowering a 13 focus hatch se its for the dealership and were tricking the car out so were doing like a 3d carbon kit and motegi wheels
and were thinking of doing a 1" drop nothing crazy what are your opinions on this |

Morning everyone. I want to do from headers back aftermarket exhaust possibly magnaflow but I don't want to have to change anything before emissions/inspection and nothing too spendy what have you guys done that keeps it legal in Utah

Also I was thinking edlebrock header from fswerks as that's the cheapest I can find oh and no svt header ideas.. as that won't pass inspection

a shorty header like this allows you to keep your cat and pass emissions
http://www.massivespeedsystem.com/jb.../i-252301.aspx in fact i own this one.....its pretty nice but not as nice as the race header from fswerks. i put the shorty on to pass emissions and then i put the race header back on. also the exhausts from fswerks are very nice. thats what i have |

The SVT will and does pass emissions even with out a tune. You just need to do it right... Like adding the EGR Bung... My build thread shows what I have done to my SVT header to make it emission legal.
