Hey Extreme Dimensions... I dare ya!

I bought these from a seller in the UK a few months ago, and they showed up almost completely busted. Is there any way to mold and reproduce these things and make them thicker and stronger than they made originally?!?!

These are, in my opinion; the best looking projector headlamps made for a mk1 Focus, but they were made with what looks & feels like Halloween-mask plastics! Any interest in doing a reproduction of these?



I have other pics of the secondary piece that the covers attach to if you need those for a decision.

These things... if only they had been made of a thicker, more durable material I wouldn't have ended up receiving a box of plastic chunks!

People that don't even like the Focus have complimented the two-projector FR200 lights I have already. Those are made of a very thick plastic. Very solid. I used to carry a picture I printed of these around and show folks the 'dream lights' I wanted to get, but the exterior housings are made of plastic that, at it's thickest points, may only be 2-3mils thick.

I sold these fairly quickly, so their fate lays in another person's hands! Coolest lights for a mk1 ever made...
