I have the same kit for my ZX3, and yes it will fit, but like stealthzx3 states, you will need the Thule 477 Short Roof Rack adapter. IIRC the adapter was just over $100 new when I got it. The front fairing (optional) should you choose to get it was about $75 new.

If you have any questions about installing with the 477 kit let me know and I will walk you through.
