Those drinks they stay pimpin' work pretty well... but you could go to GNC and get a 2-pack of the same type of creatine powder and vitamin supplements to make that burn go away faster; I looked last week, the pack is $74.99... and apart you's spend around $100 for 'em.
Just do what you can do safely; let the tape keep counting like a cook-timer... as long as you're trying for the whole session, you're improving! I thought I was a hard-ass after two months and tried to keep up with Horton and hurt my shoulder... just do your own thing!

Wild caught fish oils helps with recovery, as well as a good whey protein. Look for New Zealand whey protein, they do not inject their cows with Growth hormones. Listen to your body and if something is hurting, stop immediately. Switch to something lighter or skip that body part for the day. Those pre and post drinks are a waste of money, they are full of crap our bodies do not need.

$75 for creatine powder and vitamins is horrible lol. The best vitamins are like $25 and creative monohydrate is like $20 for a YEAR supply.

An interesting thing to look up regarding nutrition; Bruce Lee's philosophy on food as fuel. Only expect the best if you put the best in. Eating was something he studied about himself to maximize efficiency and potential... he was practically the inventor of the modern smoothie, too! Reasoning that if you could grind up known-superfoods into a palatable drink; the body would benefit much faster from the supercharged health drink.

hope this can give a little motivation, but below is my first day and my 90 day pic...did i get extremely ripped and huge. i wouldn't say yes, but i def look and feel the best i ever felt.
I also didn't do the program to a T as i pretty much skipped yoga on thursdays for the first 1-2 months, and did a few sessions every other week of it during the 3rd month. I also missed a few days here and there, but my calendar checklist was about 90% complete. Good luck to anyone looking to do this. just find the time and stick with it and you will improve. I'm about to start back up this monday. I've been off of it for the past 3-4 months now
