00 focus motor swap HELP

I have a 00 focus manual I put a 01 zetec motor in. Now it Will not idle and only runs good at part throttle seems to be rich. I REALLY NEED HELP. Is the motor compatible. What do I need to do

You may need to reprogram computer with the specs from new motor

But it won't let me select what program to use

What engine was in there stock?

zetec manual to zetec manual, no issues will be had. If you run into any it will be due to bad parts or something in the instal process being forgot.

If it's anything else you're going to have to be more specific.

the motor was put in by someone else. out of an automatic focus. Come to me with turn key and nothing. Found the pcm fried so put a new pcm to get it to turn over. Turned over then crank no start. finding that they did not change the crank sensor bushing. Pulled the tranny out replaced bushing now have crank signal. Still no run. Put a new coil on now can get it running at part throttle but idles VERY poorly. it seems to be running very rich....
