I would say OBD-2 testing only. No tailpipe sniffer test.

Honestly, I have gone through both ways with an ORP and have passed.
And a fellow member here with a HFC has also passed with both the OBDII test and Tailpipe plug. If the rest of your maintenance is good and no smoke coming out of the back ... you should be good. Ray
