A high flow cat is legal in STF as long as it's basically in the same position as the stock cat.

+/- 6" from the stock catalyst expansion chamber which REALLY bones the ZX3 guys.

No you aren't losing your mind, last year you could have ran ST or STX in the Focus, this year they eliminated class hopping.

Yeah well im running no cat at all lol.. so ill be in prepared. All i could find was the quaife
LSD which sells for 1000 minimum and then i was taking into account labor as ive never pulled a tranny, or pulled one apart. Thats something id probably hold off on until i need a clutch upgrade. So looks like ill be running FSP guys.

After reading through your posts, it seems like currently the only thing that is holding you back from running in STF is your lack of a cat. No cat and diff will both throw you right into FSP.

I'm also located in Orlando, but usually don't go to the SCCA run events (except when they're at the OCCC, or down in Sebring).

Martin Sports Car Club is another central florida auto-x club. Our next event is Sept. 9. I run in STF and wouldn't mind another person to run against.
