Interesting that you have a PZEV 2.3 in Michigan, since that isn't a "California" state or next door to one, unless you count across Canada to N.Y. as being next door...
Mines pzev and I'm in Tennessee. How that happen beats me

I believe Vermont and Mass did the PZEV"s too.
I'm in CT and my D23 is a PZEV. For now.

For now? I talked to Tom about that and he said you can't change a PZEV to a non PZEV. I guess the only real diff is a tune and exhaust.

Tom said that? I could have sworn that the only thing that makes it a PZEV is the extra o2 sensor, and the cat on the header?

Yes you will still get gains from a tune and the more mods you add the more gains and safety the tune will add , will it do as much as most SVT no unless you have one of the duratec that is down on power because of a factory tune
You cannot change your car from a pzev but can change the tune to one that isnt ![]() Tom
