I'm gonna mail a copy of the page in the California drivers handbook that emphasizes not to stop or slow down while merging into traffic. Maybe the dumb broad will realize she was at fault at least partially.

Well, the official word is $736 in damage to my car. I'd say about $250 to hers. The shop said I had to be moving under 3 MPH with the limited damage I have... If the b

* was moving at all, I would have had time to stop and avoid her. Damn I should have backed up and hit her again...
