You could always come to PA and have it tuned at McNews automotive in Dillsburg PA.

they should be paying me .... Seriously though there are a LOT of Mid Atlantic guys that get tuned by them. They do a good job. That's actually where i'm probably getting my car tuned whether i'm going FI or not.

You can try to fix it with a trusty BFH or replace said wife.

Keep in mind Randy at FSWerks does remote tuning as well. He has done my tuning, nothing but good experiences, and he's a great guy just to call and talk to.

I have no experience with tom, so no comment there. My experiences with F2 aren't great, my buddy bought a turbo car from them that was a joke...the thing barely ran. Everything from the quality of the turbo setup to the tuning was pretty ghetto, so I'd advise going with tom or randy if you're remote tuning.

x2. it's always better to dyno tune though.... if you can find a shop locally that has experience tuning foci.

How do you figure? It's a little bit safer...but remote street tuning allows the car to be tuned for how you actually drive it, as well as for a realistic load. You can ensure it has proper fueling through shifts, as well as at constant rpms (holding a certain speed), that it can handle upshifts, downshifts, quick revs, wheelspin. You can see how it reacts through all those situations. You can't do all that on a dyno. The best way to tune is to dyno tune first, as a base tune, and then do street tuning to perfect it for your actual driving.

Ya I would probably go through tom if I end up with this kit. I'm still definitely considering the FS turbo kit though or doing a diy kit.
