There has to be a stipulation, anything over $15 is ridiculous for a single meal. I could go to Mountain Branch golf course and pay less than that for a meal.

To work it has to be under $15. Plain and simple, if not enough group participation then too bad, it wouldn't be do-able.

I think this would be worth looking into. At least we will know what kind of options there are and then prices as well. For a real good dinner, not wings or burgers, I would pay $25 - $30 for a catered dinner. Plus you have to consider this will be brought to the hotel.

Well exactly what we get depends on what is available and what everyone wants. I think that what Ken is talking about is picking up something and bringing it to the hotel.

But, like I said none of this is set in stone so say what you would want to eat and how much you would pay.

Closing this thread down and the poll as Sean got some info today from the hotel for us, some of the core organizers will be getting a PM about setting up a meeting place and time.
