FF ADMINISTRATOR: Complete FORUM access/management (ADMIN or TOM)

FF MODERATORS: Can moderate the ENTIRE forum.

FFR MODERATORS: Can moderate ONLY the forum they are assigned to.

FF AFFILIATES: Can moderatate ONLY the forum they are assigned to.
